After locating the MS KB article listed below, it seems Dell did a typical install, which does not install all the fonts. Says "Choose advanced customization of applications". You can also check (with the first option, add/remove components) whether any parts of Word were not initially installed and install those. You could try a repair (second option when in add/remove you click change) that should install anything that was missing or got corrupted in the initial instal. The fonts are not listed separately, I think because they are part of the basic instal package.
